The Diagnosis of The Patient's Problem

Most of the patient's problems have to deal with motor deficiencies such as rigidity, slurred speech, impaired coordination, and bradykinesia. She is also dealing with psyche problems such as depression, but the patient is on antipsychotic medication for that. Two years after her intial physical exam, her mental and physical condition deteriorated significantly.
 
All of these signs are symptons for Parkinson's Disease.
